There's a new boutique in Downtown Hilo!

It's called Naupaka...

もう五月ですね～

ということで、ダウンタウン･ヒロに

新しいブティック発見！

「ナウパカ」 です。

 Here is one of the owners, Artitaya with her hand-painted tops.

They are one of a kind! 

Her brother hand paints some of the shirts in the store as well.

オーナー兼アーティストのアルティタヤさん。

彼女の手作りの作品や手染めのシャツなど

素敵なものばっかりなんです～！

 

 Aren't they just beautiful??!!

きれいでしょ~!!??

 The name of the store symbolizes the philosophy of the artists.

As in the flower Naupaka,

it takes two to make the flower complete as one flower...

So the artists' and the customers' interest that come together

will make each and every unique piece of offerings in the store

as one perfect harmony!

A very beautiful concept...

ブティックの名前はお花のナウパカのように、

二つで一つになるというコンセプトに基づいています。

アーティストとお客様の二人が居てこそ

商品が一つとなって輝きを放つのです～♪

なんてすばらしい発想なんでしょう。

from the three different artists who display 

their beautiful items here

all made on the Big Island of Hawai'i

メイド・イン・ハワイ島の物を選りすぐって

集めたお店にはとにかく欲しくなる物ばっかり

三人のアーティストが共同で運営しています。
